Seller terms
Draft for review, not final approved terms. These provisions describe the current seller workspace and click-credit model. Online credit purchases, subscriptions and billing are not active.
Applications and publication
Sellers provide a shop profile and contact details. Approval may be manual or automatic according to marketplace settings. Seller status, product approval and available advertising credits control public visibility. An application or submission does not guarantee continuing publication.
Listing responsibilities
Provide accurate product descriptions, prices and secure shop links. Upload only content you own or are entitled to use, and do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Final content-licence provisions remain subject to legal approval; uploading does not transfer ownership of your content to Rontab.
Retailer responsibilities
Sales take place on the seller's external shop. The seller handles customer orders, payments, delivery, returns, complaints and applicable consumer obligations. Rontab provides discovery links rather than processing those orders.
Advertising click credits
The current system uses a shared click-credit pool with optional per-product allocations. Qualifying first visits by eligible, confirmed member accounts can consume credits; guest visits and repeated qualified visits do not consume further credits for that account and product. Credits do not guarantee a purchase. Current grants, allocations and balances are shown in the workspace.
Paid services
Online credit purchases, subscriptions and recurring billing are not enabled. Do not treat a displayed credit-price calculation as a completed purchase. Pricing, taxes, payment authorisation, cancellations, expiry and refund provisions must be agreed and published before any paid service is introduced.
Moderation and records
Administrators can review listings and manage seller access. Important administrative actions are logged. Final suspension, appeal and complaint procedures require approval, and applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
