Terms of use
Draft for review, not final approved terms. Rontab is a product-discovery and rewards service, not the retailer for products reached through external shop links.
Operator and scope
The operator information supplied is Rontaab, London. Some legal and registration details have not yet been recorded. The operator identity, postal address, applicable law and dispute provisions require confirmation before these terms can be finalised.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account information accurate and passwords private. Do not impersonate another person, access another account, submit unlawful content, manipulate click counts or rewards, or interfere with the service. Report suspected account misuse using the contact page.
Products and external purchases
Listings describe products offered by independent sellers. Prices, stock and retailer terms may change. Product orders, payments, delivery, returns and retailer warranties are handled by the external retailer, not by Rontab. Check that retailer's terms before purchasing.
Points and rewards
Only eligible signed-in, email-confirmed member accounts earn points for qualifying first visits. Repeated visits to the same product do not earn additional points. Individual offers define location, eligibility, dates, point cost and capacity. Viewing an offer does not reserve a reward or deduct points.
Participation and redemption
A confirmed limited-participation entry spends the stated points whether selected or not. A guaranteed redemption is secured only after a successful claim while stock remains. Random-draw offers are unavailable unless enabled and published by an administrator. Each offer's published terms apply; compliance and fulfilment arrangements must be reviewed before launch.
Service changes and consumer rights
Access or listings may be restricted for security, policy breaches or operational reasons. Final procedures for complaints, suspension and changes to terms remain to be approved. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
